This is something Riombara has wanted since its inception!  Once I  
can figure out how to make it work, this will be fantastic!

Oh, and I already have a feature request: can it also be presented to  
the Council--those who are messaged when you click the "realm  
council" link?

Whoo, this looks like it'll be fun!
