[Discuss] Bug? 25k CS Undead Horde?

Short version:

Joppo secedes, fights Mesh for a pretty long time, doing OK as secession 
realms go.

Mesh invades. Bug pops up shortly after the spawning change, 1550 Undead 
crush the Mesh forces in Joppo (the city).

Almost everyone abandons Joppo.

Adventurers flock to Joppo which gets investigation reports basically saying 
"There's so many undead, this place is screwed", have undead lords at group 
#2 and get generally get their butts kicked, and a massive horde pops up now 
- the 25K CS one.

I would imagine the place is starving, but I'm not sure - they do have 
another region, rural or badlands I think.
