[Discuss] IC Ban Didn't Work: Permissible to OOC Ban?

Better yet, just ask the person (not the character, the player) to
leave.  If they don't do so in a reasonable amount of time (at least a
few days), then they are abusing a bug in the game and (though I don't
have a ruler to check the specific reasons for an OOC ban), I would
think OOC banning them would be permissible.
