[Discuss] Recommendations

Is it a bug that you can receive recommendations from Adventurers?  It
would seem that is against what recommendations are for -- they are
supposed to be recommendations from Nobles to allow you to become a
Noble.  Having a commoner vouch for you would hold about as much
weight with a Noble as a dog's fart.
