[Discuss] Choose Liege

Hello All,

I am relatively new to the game (started two weeks ago), and am still 
learning many things.

>From what I read in the wiki, the characters alliegence is supposed to be 
assigned according to the region from which their family hails.  However, my 
family's region was in enemy hands at the time, so my character spawned with 
no alliegence.  Anyway, I never chose a liege when I first started, because 
I was new and everything said that it was permament yada, yada, yada. Now 
the Choose Liege option has disappeared off of the Paperwork option menu 
when the Unit settings were moved to the Orders menu.

Will my character be cursed to remain an unaligned noble forever now, or 
will his alliegence be automatically given to his characters home region 
once a Lord is appointed?
