[Discuss] Adventurer changing realms?

An adventurer in the dungeons reported that a link
offering to change realms appeared after 24 hours of
being in jail.  The problem is after clicking on the
link nothing seems to happen.  

Neither the judge nor the realm leader gets any posts
about it.  The adventurer does not show up in the
Information - Troop Leader listing as a member of the
realm.  The militia picked the character up the next
time they entered the realm.  

Again after being in jail for a day, the link was back
again.  Again, nothing seemed to happen after clicking
it.

Anybody know what is happening or not happening?
