You can change the allegiance of your city to any adjacent realm. But 
after I had done that with Colosan, it left that realm with no land at 
all. And then I was unable to change the city back to Colasan from Lasanar.
But now I wouldn't know if it still works like that not being lord 
anymore. But perhaps if I realm is without land it counts as adjacent to 
all areas. Or have it so you can change allegiance to even those realms 
not adjacent to you.
