Yeah, though I thought there were bugs open about this so I didn't submit 
any.

In FEI/Lasanar, anyway, oaths aren't working, and all pre-existing oaths 
have no effect. All 'to knights' rows in tax reports that I've seen are 0%, 
regardless of how many oaths you accept or get rid of.

You can't assign any nobles to armies (or, at least, inconsistently -- some 
people seem to be able to, for example, if a noble is 'from' your region and 
a brand new character, they seem to be assign-able).

For example, I just offered an oath and had it accepted, and the guy still 
appears as (Noble) and is not in my list as 'all of your vassals'.

The only person I can assign, as a Duke, to my army, is myself.
