[Discuss] allegiance system

Are there any major problems with the new allegiance system that I'm not 
aware of?

I just found that a lot of realms have a lot of unaligned nobles. I 
think there was more than enough time to get everyone assigned to some 
region or other, but it doesn't seem to be like that.

Anyone can enlighten me as to why?
