That depends on the information, and where it comes from. I've had people 
swear to me that I have information that it's impossible for me to have IC. Yet I 
have IG/IC messages showing where it came from.

Remember that just because *you* didn't give the information out doesn't 
mean someone else didn't. "Three can keep a secret only if two of them are 
dead."

I'm pretty much convinced that a lot of the OOC powergaming claims are really 
the result of IC information leaks where people just can't believe that their 
fellow conspirators are leaking information.
