[Discuss] Is being rude part of the game?

In the last few months, I have seem a lot of players
making characters for the main purpose of causing
trouble in a realm, insulting other players, and
simply refusing to follow any orders.

I'm not talking about one or two players, I know of
atleast 7 players in the last six month in just one
realm, and this isn't include other realms, and other
worlds.

Their family history show where there been banned over
and over from different realms. These banned can be
anything from not following order, being a spies, but
often include a banned where they been banned for
insulting other nobles.

I have seem 'rumors' on several Wiki pages stating
that it might be possible to gain a family fame point
for being banned from 5 realms or more. I fear that
this has spawns these players to create these
characters so they can gain the family fame, and that
they do not worry about how its ruining the fun of the
other players who has to endures their actions and
insults.

Banned them, just seem to give them just what they
want.

Is it possible to laid these rumors to rest, to ensure
that being banned from alot of realms doesn't give you
any family points?

Or

If this does really exist, is there a way to kick them
from the realms for their insults and ruining the game
for other so that it will not help them gain this
family point?
