I know the goats still have at least 1 looted (lvl 0) temple in one of 
the tara regions. Meldeen I think/ (no idea about elsewhere) Come to 
think of it.. does it disappear at all? (after the priests are all gone 
that is) or do the region still have to shut it down? (is that possible?)

Maybe it's like realms where Tom has to physically go and do it in?
