I'd like a lot to see a report that says which regions are in need of
more knights. If it could possibly be included in the region report,
would help a lot in managing regions, for I bet some lords don't
actually notice their region is in need of more knights...

I also appreciate a lot Robert's suggestion, would make things a lot
simpler, and would also fight the "distracted" lords. The problem is
with the aligned knights that have a 0% oath and can't be offered
oaths easily by other lords. Though many lords accept those knights
into their home regions, there are those who cannot, or want not, thus
the newly arrived has to go a harder route until he realizes he isn't
getting any taxes and how to fix it.
