[Discuss] Dwilight Question

One quick question on Dwilight,  will it start out like the Far East where
there are the original realms who own the entire continent and then the
dukes can split it apart?  Or will it start like Beluterra, where the
original realms are in one part of the continent and then people can expand
elsewhere?
