[Discuss] Region Description ratings scale

This showed up as a message today...

I tried to follow the guidelines for writing a Region Description, but
I don't know what the
ratings scale is.  Is it:

Poor ... Fair ... Good ... Very Good ... Excellent?
     or
Lousy ... Good

I don't know if I should try to rework it or not.
