[Discuss] wiki region pages

To be fair, until recently the game didn't really offer much information 
about a region. The wiki was the only place where you could conceivably 
put more information about a region. Though I must say I don't really 
understand why people create the blank pages instead of creating them 
when they have actual material to put up there. I guess they hope it 
would make the region lord write something.

So delete the blank or mostly useless pages ;)
