[Discuss] wiki region pages

Here's something I need explained to me:

Why to people put up pages for regions on the wiki that contain no 
information whatsoever that is not available on the region's in-game 
details page?

I'll tell you why I don't like it:
One, it fills up the database with garbage.
Two, it _will_ be outdated and false sooner or later, see garbage.
