[Discuss] Change to vulgarity?

Does it show the name of the person who clicked the button? If not,
how can it backfires? People can have suspicions, but no proof.

Also, if there is enough people to vote for a ruler whether or not he
takes good care of his words and look noble, I believe he actually is
recognized as a noble. And the ruler is the rule for most systems, so
if he says someone is noble enough to occupy position, this person
should be, shouldn't? Maybe in republics we could have the vulgarity
interfering with positions, for the general thought of the nobility is
actually worth more. Yet, if people would still vote for them... it's
contradictory, somewhat.

I believe you can only appoint a message for vulgarity once. But if
someone is running for ruler or another position, one would think this
someone is sending a lot of messages... But you two (Tessa and Rob)
convinced me that it isn't as easily abusable. Except if the person
has everyone for enemies across the continent, heh.
