[Discuss] Change to vulgarity?

James, I see such a large room for abuse here. Also, vulgarity is
still so uncertain in people's minds that the concept of not being
noble-like changes a lot from case to case. I think having criteria to
be allowed to strip nobles of their nobility is nice, but I certainly
do not like of the criteria you propose to have people allowed to
positions. Maybe except if vulgarity trials vanish after a while,
after all, gossip also is forgotten after some time. Yet, I can
imagine many people charging someone with vulgarity close to elections
just to see this person not eligible. If they manage to win just a few
of those charges, the damage is done...
