So quit. That's what I did when the game started to taste like wood the 
last time. I deleted my account and did something else for a few months. 
Then I came back and started a whole new account. To be honest, I have 
had a lot more fun with my current account than the last one. I've 
enjoyed the game a lot more.

Nothing can keep your interest up for ever. At some point you'll run 
into this "it's boring, it's not fun anymore". That's the sign that 
tells you to take a break.

Look, the whole point of the invasion is and always has been to pretty 
much lay waste to the whole island, leaving just a few one region realms 
to survive and start over. Evey time it has been an fight against an 
force you can't win against. This invasion is no different in that regard.
