[Discuss] I have a question about medals.

I have a question about medals.
I live in the colonies and I tried to give a medal to someone who I thought deserved it. 
After clicking on the red one, which is the one I wanted to give and I have the most of,
 all I got was  “Error on Page”
I think I should be able to send medals, I have enough I believe. I have 4 trust, 2 roleplay and 6 for fun. Or maybe I do not have enough to spread around.
Now I am just returning to the game after being in a car wreck, watching the shiat hit the fan, and a long pause.
 I have only been back a little over a month. Could that be the reason?
 
I am curious if anyone else is having this problem?
