[Discuss] Feature Request - Wounded nobles to be visible in "Assault Someone"

er...hi..well..

I was just wondering if a small tiny itchy bitty tweak could be add into the
"Assault Someone" page the infiltrator gets, something like when a wounded
noble is present in the region then his status will appear as "*Nemrus
Zarkonian, Noble Of Svunnetland - Wounded*" in grayed out link.

Because if only the wounded noble and an infiltrator is in the region, then
the "Assault Someone" link still appears, but with no names in the list. And
I even think that the later happens even if the character is healing and
recovering.
