[Discuss] estates for government positions

Perhaps they ought to be able to maintain their previous estates,  
though no longer knights.  (Though by that rationale, the ruler's  
estate should be the palace in the capital.)  Once they retire from  
their positions, they would go back to being knights in whichever  
region their estate is in.
