[Discuss] Estate Request

Until it is certain that estates are working properly and there will  
be no more resets, would it be possible to allow knights to manage  
their estates even when they are not in their regions?  Just  
temporarily, of course, until everything settles down and it's been a  
week or so since the last problem.
