This is already in for certain message lists. It appears like so:

[reply to sender] | [ignore] | [userdetails] | [give medal: ] | [vulgarity] 
| [reply to list]

Reply to list (the last one) is the option you want. It's not in for the 
game generated council, or realm, but it is for message groups (as defined 
by the ruler), duchies, vicinity messaging and armies, to name the ones I 
know off the top of my head.

I believe it's not in for the all in realm list to enocurage people not to 
talk to the whole realm but rather in smaller groups. Not sure why it's not 
in for guilds and such, though.
