[Discuss] feature request - guilds/temples/paused characters

why not have the paused members (aspirants even) still show up on the 
member list.. with a (paused) tag stuck behind their name? well.. maybe 
with the promotion/debt stuff frozen for that character as it is right 
now...

not very IC I know.. but they count towards to the membership numbers 
anyway.

don't know how that affects the founder stuff though...
