[Discuss] Feature Request: Distributing duchy taxes to duchy nobles

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but it's kind of tricky to 
search for.

Basically, the suggestion is instead of just the option to send the duchy 
gold to the realm, or keep it for him/herself, the duke or duchess can 
distribute the gold amongst the nobles/lords of the duchy.

I think it would make the system more flexible and also make duchies more 
separate from the realm structure in the way their gold is handled, and 
allow for greed to enter choice of duchy.
