But it makes no sense for all the armies to go to the ruler.
Additionally, it's extremely annoying that armies sometimes change
sponsors when that's not wanteD. It's not a matter of making sense,
it's a matter of OOC people that pause their characters.

The result of the current situation is that armies need to be
disbanded only to be recreated by another person. How is that any
better?
