[Discuss] Feature Request: Bounty Info and Lure Sage

Region lords can offer bounties on monsters and undead to bring  
adventurers to the region, but it's not as effective as it would be  
if it were advertised in neighboring regions.  On the travel page,  
for example, next to each region name, it can have a green 'U' if  
there's a bounty on undead, and a green 'M' if there's a bounty on  
monsters.

And just like luring adventurers, perhaps region lords should be able  
to spend gold to make it more likely a sage will appear.  (Unlike  
bounties, the gold would disappear immediately, spent in messages,  
advertisements, and bribes)
Although really, that would be a bandage on a larger problem.  I  
suggest that the sage mechanic ought to be re-examined: it's  
frustrating that they're so short-lived.  Having only an hour or two  
to trade for items basically means that unless you have them on-hand,  
you're not going to get them, period.  And by encouraging people to  
log in hourly to watch for trade requests and sages, it's working  
against the philosophy of a game you can meaningfully play for only a  
little bit of time each day.
