[Discuss] Feature request-handing over army sponsorhip

The title says it all....

Lets say realms ruler stays for a long time. Then he gains a lot of
sponsorhips of armies. It would be logical if he could give sponsorships
back when people unpause.

Also why punish those people who have a real life and have to pause their
characters for some time to totally loose their sponsorship? Isnt it agains
it all on what this game is built on?

So this feature would mean that army sponsorship could be given to somebody
else.
