[Discuss] quick infiltrator question

To clear up some prison misconceptions:

- *Anyone* with a ban from Realm A can be executed if in Realm A's  
prisons, no matter how they got the ban, or how they got in prison.   
Infiltrators are only special because it's very easy for them to get  
a ban from a realm not their own.
- Torturing will *never* kill someone.  I should know; my character  
got tortured 21 times in 2 hours and only came out with a really bad  
temper.
- When you *execute* a rogue or outlaw, the message says you tortured  
them to death.  It's still just the perfectly ordinary execute option.
