Well, for a start, because of fairness. Any argument that the original
reporter doesn't get a chance to argue is foolish in and of itself. Yiou
didn't include the right details in your original report? Tough, it warns
you on the titan page that you only get one shot. Allowing for a defence
isn't the same thing - that's just asking for equality.
It's a pity that in a game as well developed and well thought out in BM, we
have a titan system that has many more peple thinking it leaves much to be
desired.
