Then that is easily got around by making an email specifically for titans to 
reply to someone with (something like titanreplies at news.battlemaster.org) 
which wouldn't say who the titans are. The current system doesn't teach 
anyone what they did wrong beyond the message they get when punished, and if 
that's unclear, well then, you're up a creek with no canoe, so enjoy the 
swim down.

The titans might be like a medieval court of law, but there's a reason we 
don't have them any more - because we discovered better methods of judging, 
starting with allowing a defence.
