[Discuss] Abusing Bounties

The inalienable rights say that characters can recruit whatever type of
unit they want.  Asking characters not to recuit a specific type of
unit, whatever the reason, infringes on that right.  If a character
wants to remind other characters that cavalry doesn't usually do too
well against fortifications, there are ways to do so without
asking/ordering/telling the other characters not to recruit cavalry.

As far as asking to be assassinated:  That neither violates an
inalienable right, nor directly violates the social contract.  It's
going to be a judgement call amongst the titans whether or not, in that
specific case, the caracter with the bounty on his head was abusing game
mechanics OCC.
