Are you sure that was because of the looting, though? RC's seem to fall 
apart anyway when there is low production - and the Islands weren't exactly 
spared brutality. I think SWI Sandalak has looted for military 
infrastructure dozens of times in Unagae though and yet when I was there the 
RC's never fell down AFAIK.
