I didn't say it wasn't.  But that still doesn't come up with a way to 
safeguard someone from buying your regions in this game and in this 
reality.  It's going to happen.  Perhaps the way to solve this whole 
thing is to make it so that you cannot destroy buildings within the 
first few turns of being the lord of a region, the ceramonies going on 
would prevent the people from doing that sort of work, much the same as 
you cannot hold court that day.  That would give people a chance to 
perhaps take them out with infiltrators and someone else to buy the 
title, etc.
