But if you want to be sure that your city doesn't become available like 
that, there's plenty of ways to safeguard your duke and/or ruler. Plus it 
wasn't me that called them incompetent (at least not for this region). Plus 
some people have forgotten the #1 rule of the universe, which is, shit 
happens, deal with it.
