Or when buying regions from your own realm make the chances depend on 
how long you've been in the realm. I would certainly be very, very 
suspicious of anyones claims if they've only been around for a day or 
two(Who is this guy? I've never heard of him. Lets investigate a bit..). 
If they've been around a few months I might think, "Hey, he has been 
here researching it for months. He's probably right."
