I don't think there's a social contract for the wiki. Possibly make having 
an email acccount mandatory instead of optional for the wiki (since you need 
one to play BM anyway), but I don't know if Tom could set that up.

I believe Wikipedia admins have some option to check the ips of registered 
users, which can then be banned, but damned if I can find that option on the 
wiki.
