I suggest you read the complaints page _again_
I quote:
<quote>
The job of the Titans is to combat /abuses and cheating/. They are /not/
for general support, bug reports, questions, etc. Please use the
bugtracker for bug reports and the mailing lists for questions.

The part about mailing list is questions about the _game_, general
support, bug reports etc

There is no elite group afaik. I have never seen one in my 3 years of
playing. A good player, imo, is anyone who _plays_ the game and makes if
fun for others.
I am not saying Darfix is not a good player. I am saying is that there
is no elite group. Additionally, Tom has stated many times, the wiki
states it for a long time, _any_ complaints, queries regarding the
Titans should be addressed to either the Titan mailing list or to Tom
himself.

The Titans have tools which they can use. They will not hand out any
punishment lightly (I don't know what punishment Darfix received) and
would have given it with some thought and merit. Darfix really should
not have brought this issue to the discussion list be should have mailed
the Titans list.
