Actually, so long as the one withdrawing the money is the founder, it  
*should* work just fine, according to what I was told way back at the  
beginning of guilds.  However, the founder's debt doesn't reset like  
I was told it should...and yes, I have filed a bug report about it.

It seems particularly odd that the founder can change anyone else's  
debt to an apparently arbitrarily large value, but his is capped at  
1000 gold...
