Of course it would. You are, in effect, banning a character for being a hero.
Remember that your characters don't know they can't die unless they decide to
be a "hero".

Same thing. If you take any action against a character based on his choice of
class, you are violating that person's inalienable rights.

How would you know that he's a member of a religion? Remember that classes
are an OOC game mechanic. They should be ignored in strictly IC
conversations. Characters shouldn't even have a concept of a character's class.
The character could RP himself as not being a priest. Unless he was caught red-
handed doing something priestly, how would you know he was a priest? He
could pretend to be something else. A burocrat or an infiltrator. I'm not sure
how he would do that, and he couldn't just come out and *say* he was a buro
or infil, as that is again an OOC thing. I don't know a lot about priests, so I
don't know if doing priestly things results in region reports being generated to
the realm. How would you catch him? I have no idea.
