Ban a hero for saying "I don;t want your death on my conscience" instead, 
and would that be a breach of inalienable right? I thought the right covered 
choosing your class, not the consequences thereof (hence why you can assign 
different tax points to each class).

I'd just ban him for being openly a member of a religion.
