That means you need to specifically say what you've tried to do in the
complaint, yes?

While I absolutely agree that a complaint should include evidence, I
think the Titans do need to do some evidence gathering. They at least
need an option to talk to the accused and hear their side, which it
seems the code doesn't allow them to do at the moment. Also, some way
for them to confirm the evidence they're given is real would be good -
it's easy to fake a message from the accused saying they're going to
do something against the rules, the Titans need to be able to look
through the messages themselves and confirm it.
