[Discuss] Feature Request - Adding Message Groups as a Recipient

If this (or something like it) has previously been suggested, forgive me; I
could not find mention of it anywhere, however.

Anyway, sometimes for a variety of reasons a noble who is not a recipient on a
message group will send a letter to that group.  

In order to reply to that letter so that everyone can see it, you need to choose
all the individual recipients - both those on the message group and the one that
sent the letter.  Some of the message groups are quite large and it is easy to
miss recipients (I find at least).

It would be a lot easier if you could select the different public message groups
that you have access to from the 'some of your realm mates' as well as individuals.

So, if 'Sanchez' messaged the realm council and I wanted to reply to him, I
could select 'realm council' from the 'some of your realm mates' menu and then
add the individual 'Sanchez' as well, thus sending my letter to the realm
council + Sanchez.
