Not quite, I just found the bug report
(http://bugs.battlemaster.org/view.php?id=1523), he said:

"The fix was not moved over to the new message system, and is more
difficult to apply there."

So he hasn't fixed it yet, but he hasn't said he won't. It might just
take some time. In the mean time, there isn't much we can do - it
would be nice if people ignored the information, but it isn't likely
that everyone will do so, which puts those that do at a disadvantage,
so I guess we just have to accept that infils aren't hidden at the
moment.
