Even though the manual description of a monarchy used to say that the
Judge had power to even ban the king... A feature that sadly didn't
ever exsist. Also, it was implied that the king had no power over the
judge, but I suspect the strip nobility feature still exists there.

Sadly now that the manual was moved to the wiki, the description has
changed somewhat, and it says the ruler is checked by the judge's
power, which is only slightly true.
