I think that's just because someone sent a message with a <u> tag but
no </u> tag. I think putting each message in a separate table cell
would solve that problem, as formatting tags aren't allowed to span
across cells, so a good browser should add the </u> tag at the end of
the message automatically.
Within battle reports, however, there is no user written text (other
than plain text unit names, i guess), so that can't be the problem.
Joar, do you have any webspace? If so, can you put a copy of an
affected page (just save the main frame, don't worry about the menu
and status frames) somewhere for us to see? If you don't have any
webspace, you can email it just to me (as an attachment) and I'll host
it and post a link.
