More advanced tutors are supposed to be better at estimating your skill.

However, also remember that each skill point gain is really *one  
point*, or 1%, not one level of estimation (5%).  So it *should* take  
you 5 training sessions to go from 10% to 15%--though if you start  
out at actually 10%, he may estimate your skill at 15% after 2-3  
points due to the error margin.
