[Discuss] Battlemaster is a tyranny

That bulletin was from four years ago. At times, many realms made
similar statements.

I was pointing out another of Tom's newbie protections, which when
made a couple years ago, also brought up a similar argument. (Too many
players in a realm is inefficient, and most new players just suck up
resources, so we /have/ to deal with it somehow. Besides, noone is
going to look poorly on someone with a ban that says "realm is closed
to new players," so they should just get over it and move on.)
